Assembling a Record Worth Trusting
The Grolan catalogue was established by a London-based qualified nutrition professional whose background spans nutritional science and ingredient sourcing. The original motivation was straightforward: the publicly available documentation for natural nutritional supplements and skincare ingredients was fragmented, inconsistently formatted, and frequently promotional in tone.
The catalogue was built to fill that gap. Each entry is assembled from supplier certificates of composition, independent batch verification records, and published nutritional research. The catalogue does not promote or assess any product’s effectiveness — it records what is in it, where it came from, and how it was verified.
Since 2019, the record has grown to cover more than 200 documented ingredients across six categories: men’s vitamin complexes, energy and endurance compositions, anti-aging skincare formulations, collagen and hyaluronic acid products, daily supplement routines, and hydrating facial care formulas.

Building the Record: 2019 — Present
The first 24 ingredient entries were assembled from supplier documentation and published nutritional research. The focus was men’s vitamin complexes and energy-endurance compositions for active lifestyle supplementation.
Anti-aging skincare formulations, including collagen and hyaluronic acid cream entries and moisturising formula profiles, were introduced as a distinct catalogue section. The section now covers over 60 documented entries.
A structured approach to independent batch verification was formalised. All new catalogue entries are now accompanied by a certificate of composition from a documented supplier and a third-party laboratory analysis reference.
A new section covering daily supplement routine compositions was established, profiling structured approaches to nutritional support across a morning wellness sequence and active lifestyle supplementation schedule.
The record reached the 200-entry milestone, incorporating revisions to lot records, updated compositional analysis reports, and a fourth catalogue category covering facial care and hydrating formula ingredient profiles.

How the Catalogue Is Assembled
No catalogue entry is published without an accompanying supplier certificate of composition. The supplier document is the primary reference; all secondary claims are traced back to it.
Each batch reference is supported by an independent laboratory analysis report. Ingredient profiles reference published nutritional research and undergo independent batch verification for quality and labelling accuracy.
Catalogue entries describe composition, origin, and verification status. The record does not use promotional language, outcome claims, or performance assertions of any kind.
Sourcing prioritises suppliers whose facilities maintain food-grade processing standards, with each batch accompanied by a chain-of-custody record from origin through to final composition.
Lot records are updated when new compositional analysis data becomes available. Archive entries carry revision numbers, and the publication date of each entry revision is recorded in the catalogue metadata.
Grolan products are nutritional food-supplements registered with the applicable local regulatory authority under food-supplement classification, meeting compositional and labelling requirements for nutritional supplement categories in the United Kingdom.
